George Scarr
Scarr was born on April 6, 1947. He was born and raised in Doomsburg, Pennsylvania. Scarr was always very intelligent. When he was 18, he enrolled in the University of Doomsburg Faculty of Robotic Engineering and Relative Motion(UDFRE&RM). He graduated with a Ph.D.
Through the Series
Scarr starts off at the age of 56. He appears in every UnderFist mini-story. As the story progresses, he ages. Scarr turns from 56-69, 69-82, and 82-103.
Powers
Scarr doesn't actually have any powers, but he is very intelligent.
